Job summary

AnthroMed Education in Franklin, IN is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year to provide speech and language services across the school setting. This role welcomes both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows looking to grow their careers in school-based therapy.

This position offers mentorship from a Clinical Director, competitive pay ($60,000–$80,000 annually or $45–$60/hour), licensure reimbursements, free CEUs, and ongoing clinical support to help students

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
  • Indiana SLP license or eligibility for Indiana licensure.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP or eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship.
  • Experience working with children is preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A genuine passion for helping students succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech, language, and communication services to students.
  • Complete evaluations and assessments as needed.
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and small-group therapy.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and student records.
  • Support students in developing communication skills that promote academic and social success.
