Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year to support a diverse K-12 caseload near the Galveston area. This full-time contract starts August 11, 2026 and ends May 27, 2027, with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

The role centers on evaluations, IEP development, and delivering targeted therapy to promote students’ speech and language development, in collaboration with teachers, families, and other professionals.

Qualifications

• CCC certification and licensure
• Experience with K-12 population preferred
• Ability to conduct assessments and lead therapy sessions
• Experience with IEP process and documentation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students across K-12 grades
• Complete comprehensive evaluations and document progress
• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success
• Maintain detailed records in accordance with regulatory and district guidelines
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development

Key Qualifications:

• TX Speech-Language Pathologist Certification (CCC required)

• Adaptability and a collaborative mindset
