Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to serve elementary and secondary learners in a contract, full-time role near Corrales, NM. You will impact 40-50 students per caseload in educational settings.

This position requires NM SLP licensure, NM teacher certification (NMPED), and openness to CF or CCC candidates. You will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to assess, treat, and monitor progress under IEP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current New Mexico SLP license is required.
• New Mexico Teacher certification (NMPED required).
• Open to both CF and CCC SLPs.
• Experience in school-based settings or strong interest in working with student populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services for elementary and secondary students, addressing a wide range of communication disorders.
• Complete screenings, assessments, and evaluations in accordance with IEP requirements and district procedures.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment programs and goals for students.
• Consult with teachers and other staff to support student learning and participation in the classroom.
• Maintain organized documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and required compliance paperwork.
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions.
