The Children's Guild is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team serving the Prince Georges County area in Chillum, MD. Roles are available in both part-time and full-time formats within a school setting.

Candidates hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP or eligibility, and MD/DC licensure or eligibility. The organization emphasizes growth, collaboration, and a mission-driven culture that supports professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Science Disorders.
• CCC-SLP certification or eligibility.
• Maryland and/or Washington DC license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Empower children to overcome communication challenges by providing diagnostic and therapeutic services in a school setting.
• Provide innovative speech and language services in both regular classrooms and in specialized one-on-one or small group sessions.
• Complete speech assessments with children who demonstrate a functional inability to perform in an educational environment.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of educators and professionals.
• Create all documentation necessary and communicate with school staff and families in support of students.
• Make a lasting impact on student's educational success.
