ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in the Hershey area on a contract basis, starting with a school-age caseload and transitioning to maternity leaves mid-October and again in December in Dauphin County.

The role offers collaboration with families and teachers, development of IEP goals, and documentation of progress. Ideal candidates hold a Master's in SLP, have or are eligible for CCC-SLP or CFY, and PA licensure with clearances.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Holds or is eligible for CCC-SLP or CFY.
  • Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred.
  • Active Pennsylvania SLP license and clearances required.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting assessments and providing therapy for students with speech and language needs.
  • Developing and implementing IEP goals in partnership with families and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records according to school procedures.
  • Offering support and guidance to teachers and parents to enhance communication goals.
  • Flexibly adapting to caseload transitions between school-age and early intervention settings as needed.
