Job summary

EDU Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in New Castle, Delaware. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders and help students reach their communication goals.

In this role you will provide direct therapy in individual and group settings, collaborate with teachers and families, develop IEP goals, maintain progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active SLP license in Delaware or eligibility to obtain before start.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Experience working with school‑aged children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student goals.
• Maintain detailed records and progress reports per policies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress.
• Stay current with best practices and continue professional development.
