Soliant is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in a school-based setting. The role involves onsite and teletherapy, with a focus on diverse caseloads and delivering high-quality services.

Ideal candidates hold SLP licensure, have school-based experience, and are familiar with pediatric language development. CFY candidates are welcome, with AAC and teletherapy experience considered a plus.

• Integrate AAC device use into therapy sessions and troubleshoot as required.

Job description

Make an impact on young learners as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist serving elementary students in a supportive school-based environment. This contract opportunity provides a chance to work Monday through Friday, focusing on a diverse caseload and delivering high-quality speech services - both onsite and via teletherapy to help children reach their communication goals.

What You Bring

• State licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Relevant experience in school settings
• Familiarity with pediatric therapy and childhood language development
• Completed or in-progress Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed
• Knowledgeable in using AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and technology is a plus
• Team-oriented approach, excellent communication, and organizational skills

What You'LL Do

• Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Work in collaboration with teachers, staff, and families to meet each student's needs
• Assist, supervise, and collaborate with Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as neededComplete progress reports and keep accurate documentation of services provided
• Integrate AAC device use into therapy sessions, troubleshooting and individualizing as required
• Participate in parent meetings, student evaluations, and multi-disciplinary team planning

This is a full-time schedule of 6.5 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
