A by G Therapy & Consulting Services in Bessemer, AL seeks two full-time school-based Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC-SLP) to support Bessemer City Schools. You’ll manage a school caseload, collaborate with teachers, and help students reach their speech and language goals throughout the school year.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current Alabama SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.

• Strong communication, organization and documentation skills.

2 Full-Time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) in Bessemer, Alabama

At A by G Therapy & Consulting Services, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to communicate, learn, and thrive. We partner with families, schools, and caregivers to provide evidence-based therapy services that are tailored to each individual's strengths, goals, and daily routines.

We're looking for two (2) passionate, experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to partner with Bessemer City Schools and help students build the communication skills they need to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

You’ll work with a manageable school caseload, collaborate closely with teachers, and see students make measurable progress throughout the school year.

Flexibility with Competitive Pay

$40–$45 per hour (based on experience)

Approximately 35 hours per week

1099 Independent Contractor

Additional summer, holiday, and after-school clinic opportunities available if desired

A few things will be looking for:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Alabama Speech-Language Pathology License
• Current Alabama Teaching Certificate (Required)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• The ability to work independently in a school setting

Clinical Fellows (CFY) are not eligible for this position.
