Uplift Education in Dallas, Texas seeks a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to deliver a range of therapy services for students under supervision of a credentialed SLP. You will conduct individual and group sessions, monitor progress, and support families, teachers, and staff with communication goals.

Required is a Bachelor's with 24 hours in SLP/audiology, 25 hours of observation and 25 hours of assisting, plus a valid SLP-A license. Starting salary is $55,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 24 semester hours in speech-language pathology and/or audiology (with at least 18 hours in speech-language pathology).
• 25 hours of clinical observation and 25 hours of clinical assisting experience; school experience preferred.
• Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist-Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide individual and group therapy aligned with IEP goals.
• Evaluate progress and determine therapy ending readiness.
• Collaborate with teachers and provide staff development on communication needs.
• Maintain reports and ARD committee records for compliance.
