Job summary

PSI Solutions in Youngstown, OH is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for school-based settings. The role offers full-time or part-time options with school hours and the 2026-2027 school year.

You will conduct evaluations, develop therapy plans, provide direct therapy to students, and collaborate with psychologists, counselors, teachers, and families to support MTSS/RTI initiatives. Assignment Experience (What You Can Expect)

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations


• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans


• Exposure to a variety of grade levels (PreK–12 opportunities)


• 1–2 building placement when possible


• Collaborative teams including Psychologists, Counselors, Intervention Specialists, and Administration

You’ll support students’ speech, language, and communication development while helping schools create environments where students can succeed academically and socially.
