Job summary

Requires Mississippi 215 Endorsement; Master's in Speech-Language Pathology; state licensure or CCC-SLP preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program is required.
• Mississippi 215 Endorsement is required for the role.
• Current state licensure and/or ASHA CCC-SLP is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of child development and school-based service delivery is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assess, identify, and diagnose communication disorders; prepare reports for IEP teams.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect services in various settings (individual, small group, classroom).
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate communication strategies.
• Maintain accurate records for evaluations, therapy sessions, and IEP documentation.
