Pocatello/Chubbuck School District No. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist-Assistant to deliver speech and language services districtwide under the guidance of an SLP. The SLP-A documents activities and tracks Medicaid charges, communicating significant student changes to the supervising SLP.

The position is a nine-month contract, 37.5 hours per week, with a pay rate of $26.54 per hour and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Communication/Disorders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language services under supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Maintain documentation of therapy sessions and Medicaid charges.
• Report significant changes in student status to the SLP.
