Nyman Associates is seeking a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for school-based roles. You will provide therapy under licensed SLP supervision, help implement treatment plans, and support students toward IEP goals in a collaborative educational setting.

The position offers diverse placement opportunities, ongoing clinical supervision, and professional development within a supportive multi-state educational services provider with 40+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent coursework.
• State SLPA license or credential (if applicable) or in the process of applying.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services under supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Implement treatment plans designed by supervising SLPs.
• Support students in achieving IEP goals through therapy activities.
• Collect and document data on student progress.
• Assist with preparation of therapy materials and activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families as directed by the supervising SLP.
