Job summary

Career Links is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support Pre-K–12 students across one to two school sites under a licensed SLP.

You will deliver direct speech-language services, help implement IEP goals, coordinate therapy schedules, and communicate progress to families and school staff while keeping records confidential and compliant with district, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Familiarity with AAC devices and assistive technology.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and school-based services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services per IEP goals and plans.
• Assist with identification, screening, and evaluation for speech needs.
• Develop and maintain therapy schedules across sites.
• Monitor and report student progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, admins, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings as assigned.
• Maintain confidential student records per regulations.
• Support AAC systems and assistive technology use.
