Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support students in a vibrant school environment near Vero Beach, FL. This contract role runs through May 2027 with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 37.5-hour workweek.

You will implement therapeutic activities under a supervising SLP, help students meet IEP goals, and maintain accurate documentation while collaborating with educators and families to foster student success.

Qualifications

• Active SLPA certification/credentials required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to different student needs and ages.
• Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Implementing therapeutic activities as designed by a supervising SLP.
• Supporting students in achieving IEP goals related to speech and language.
• Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records.
• Participating in team meetings and collaborating on student care.
• Communicating regularly with educators and families to support student success.
