Career Links is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026/2027 school year in South Carolina. You will service students with diverse communication needs and collaborate with educators, families, and specialists to support academic and social success.

Responsibilities include evaluations, IEP development, direct therapy, documentation, and Medicaid billing. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• Active SC SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• SC DOE Certification as a Speech-Language Therapist or eligibility.
• Valid driver's license and transportation.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations per IDEA and state regs.
• Develop and implement IEPs based on assessment findings.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Maintain documentation, service logs, and Medicaid billing.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP, eligibility, and multidisciplinary meetings.
• Utilize AAC and evidence-based practices when appropriate.
• Support inclusive education and offer communication strategy guidance.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes.
