Markent Personnel is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Bronx, NY school-based role. This full-time position serves students with disabilities, offering a Monday–Friday day shift on a school calendar.

New grads welcome. Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, NY licensure, and CCC-SLP. The role emphasizes evaluation, IEP development, therapy delivery, and collaboration with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current New York licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA
• Strong understanding of child development and milestones
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assessment & Evaluation: conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests and observations
• Intervention Planning: develop IEPs with goals, strategies and measurable outcomes
• Therapy Delivery: provide individual or group therapy with articulation, language, and play-based techniques
• Collaboration & Consultation: work with teachers, parents, and professionals to support communication needs
• Documentation & Reporting: maintain progress records and prepare reports for IEP meetings
