Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based role in Earlimart, CA. You will assess students, create treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help improve communication skills within IEP goals.

The position offers full benefits, 401(k) matching, and mentorship. A DOJ/FBI Live Scan and TB clearance are required, and a Master’s degree in SLP or CSD is essential for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or CSD from an accredited program.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in school-based caseload management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours.
