Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in Redwood City, CA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support school-based services for children.

Master’s degree is required; CA SLP license/credential or eligibility, plus fingerprint and TB clearances, are necessary. Salary ranges from $82,000 to $120,000 annually, calendar-based, with onsite work and opportunities for mentoring and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conduct appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Consult and collaborate with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Target modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection and attendance registers.
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
