Management Performance Associates is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Bronx, NY location. New grads are welcome to apply. Compensation ranges from $63K to $78K per year with a standard 5-day work week on a day shift.

The role involves comprehensive assessments, IEP development, individual or group therapy, collaboration with educators and families, and thorough documentation for progress and reporting. A NY license and CCC-SLP are required, with pediatric experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current New York licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.
• Strong understanding of child development and milestones.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate speech and language difficulties using standardized tests and observations.
• Develop IEP goals, therapy plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Provide individual or group therapy using evidence-based techniques.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals.
• Maintain progress documentation and prepare IEP reports.
