Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based leave coverage assignment in Santa Ana, California for the 2026-2027 school year. This onsite role offers a collaborative environment with educators and families.

Bilingual Spanish skills are strongly preferred to support diverse student needs. The SLP will provide evaluations, therapy, and progress follow-ups, participating in IEP meetings and coordinating with teachers and staff to promote student

Qualifications

• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Bilingual Spanish skills preferred.
• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services to students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
