Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a Castroville, CA school district for the 2026-2027 school year, serving preK-12 students with communication needs.

Responsibilities include evaluating eligibility in articulation/phonology, language, and fluency; reviewing IEPs annually; scheduling and providing individual or group therapy; and collaborating with teachers and parents to support student progress. California license and ASHA CCC required.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in California with ASHA CCC.
• Teaching certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Determine eligibility for articulation/phonology, language, fluency needs.
• Review IEPs at least annually and conduct evaluations.
• Schedule and provide individual and/or group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents on strategies for communication goals.
