Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing in Washington is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role in the current school year. You will support students with diverse speech, language, articulation, and social communication needs within a collaborative educational team.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in SLP, active WA licensure or eligibility, ESA certification or eligibility, and familiarity with IEPs and special education procedures.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Washington SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification or eligibility.
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and special education procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred.
• ASHA CCC-SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and related service providers to deliver individualized speech and language support.
• Support students with a variety of speech, language, articulation, fluency, and social communication needs.
