Soliant is seeking a full-time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support middle school students in Carnation, WA. The role involves providing direct and indirect speech-language services, focusing on student communication goals and collaboration with educators and families.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, active WA SLP licensure with school credentials, and prior school experience is preferred.

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available to provide specialized speech and language services to middle school students. The position involves working with approximately 50 students, including those receiving specially designed instruction and related speech-language support. Service delivery includes both direct and indirect therapy with a focus on helping students meet their communication goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy services
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and special education teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress reports, and records
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions

Qualifications and Experience

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active or eligible for a Washington State SLP license with appropriate school credentials
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
• Consideration may be given to qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)

Location

Position located in Carnation, Washington, serving middle school students.

Contract Details

Full-time position, 35 hours per week. Contract duration through February 28, 2027. Start date as soon as possible.

Compensation

Compensation for this position ranges from $42.64 to $62.64.
