Job summary

Birch Agency invites qualified SLPs to support students across multiple school sites in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota and Wisconsin, delivering evidence-based assessment and intervention and contributing to IEP planning.

You will collaborate with teachers, families and a multidisciplinary team, monitor progress, document outcomes, advocate for student needs, and participate in professional development to stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota or Wisconsin SLP licensure.
• CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred.
• Previous school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support students in developing communication skills that enhance academic and social success.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
