Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a school-based role. You will work directly with students in their educational setting, delivering speech-language services aligned with IEP goals.

The position offers a predictable school-year schedule with summers off, collaboration with IEP teams, ongoing mentorship, professional development and reimbursement options for licensure and ASHA credentials.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification expected or required.
• Active state SLP license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized services based on student IEPs/504 plans.
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and monitor progress in articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive school culture.
