Job summary

Fairfield County ESC is seeking a fully licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Fairfield County, OH. A sign-on bonus of $10,000 is offered, paid in installments over three contract years. The role serves students across Pre-K through high school, and reports to the Director of Student Services.

The SLP will provide assessment, intervention, collaboration, and program design within school settings, following ASHA practice and compliance with district policies.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed Speech-Language Pathologists.
• Sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates.
• Not currently employed in Fairfield County.
• ASHA guidelines and scope of practice in education.

Responsibilities

• Work with students across Pre-K to high school levels.
• Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders and inform instruction and intervention.
• Provide evidence-based speech-language intervention and therapy.
• Collaborate with other school professionals to support student outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state mandates and IEP processes.
