Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based, full-time position in the Oakland, California area. The role focuses on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders while collaborating with educators and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• California Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• CCC-SLP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with physicians, educators, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals and home programs.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
