Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time contract serving students in the Columbia, SC area for the 2026/2027 school year.

Responsibilities include evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders, collaboration with teachers and families, and IEP development. The role offers stable hours and a supportive educational environment.

Qualifications

• Current South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• ASHA CCC is required.
• Experience with school-aged children preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to develop IEPs, conduct assessments, and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Conduct group and individual therapy sessions.
• Monitor and document student progress effectively.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
• Stay current with best practices and developments in speech-language pathology.
