Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in a Minneapolis, MN school. You'll perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct speech therapy aligned with IEP goals, collaborating with educators and families.

The role offers a full-year schedule, benefits, and opportunities for mentorship and professional growth. A Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
• One year of experience in speech therapy (preferred).
• Department of Education certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Ability to conduct Speech Assessments in Spanish.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable).
