Job summary

Anova Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to serve learners from birth through 21 with communication needs in educational settings. The SLP partners with educators, families, and communities, delivering direct services, consultation, coaching, and training to support student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Iowa BoEE SLP license (B-21) or IDPH licensure as required by the agency.
• ASHA CCCs encouraged but not required; endorsements/licensure per Iowa standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive SLP services to learners birth to 21 with communication needs.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and communities; deliver direct services, consultation, coaching, and training.
• Complete Child Find tasks to determine eligibility for Special Education.
• Assess learner communication skills and develop intervention plans addressing language, articulation, fluency, and voice.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
