Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based contract near Coalinga, CA. You will support middle and high school students, help them unlock communication potential, and thrive in their academic journeys.

The contract runs ASAP through June 11, 2027, at 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. You will develop and implement IEPs, deliver direct and consultative services, and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to meet students' communication goals.

Qualifications

• Current California SLP licensure.
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Ability to collaborate within an educational team.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Interest in working with middle and high school students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs with accurate documentation.
• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services per IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students' communication goals.
• Participate in team meetings and progress monitoring.
• Stay current with evidence-based practices in school-based speech-language services.
