Job summary

Soliant seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for a contract role in a school-based setting near Gresham, OR. You will support PreK–12 students with speech and language needs, collaborate with education teams, and apply clinical expertise to foster growth and confidence in learners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain).
• CCC-SLP or CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Experience providing speech and language services within school settings preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Commitment to culturally responsive, inclusive practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized therapy plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to PreK-12 students in individual and group settings.
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and input to multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success.
• Monitor progress, maintain clear records, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Provide training and resources to support staff and caregivers.
