Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver school-based therapy to K-12 students. You will assess, plan, and deliver interventions aligned with IEP goals, collaborating with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team to support student communication and learning outcomes.

Formación

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain).
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• One year of experience in speech therapy (preferred).
• Department of Education certification (preferred).
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs (preferred).
• Experience with school-based caseload management (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable)
