Job summary

Pacific Coast Speech Services, a member of Point Quest Group, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based services for K-12 students in Hesperia, CA for the 2026-2027 year. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy aligned with IEP goals, collaborating with teachers, families, and the multidisciplinary team to maximize student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours.
