Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in 4th through 6th grade across two school buildings in Beech Grove, IN. This full-time, onsite role focuses on delivering therapy aligned with IEP goals.

The SLP will manage a caseload of about 47 students, including around 9 in the Essential Skills program, collaborating with teachers and families to promote effective communication in the educational setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Indiana licensure or eligibility required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred; CFY encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services based on IEP goals.
• Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP development and implementation.
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support students in classroom settings.
• Monitor progress and maintain documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Communicate effectively with families and school team members.
• Apply evidence-based practices to support communication needs.
