Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in school-based SLP.
• Valid Texas SLP license and resume.
• Strong communication and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress and outcomes.
• Monitor and report on student progress to school administration.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements.
