Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services for a local school district in Minnesota. This 1099 independent contracting position offers flexibility and mentorship with Clinical Directors and Team Leaders.

The role involves implementing IEP-aligned therapy, collaborating with teachers and MDTs, and maintaining student documentation while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• MN PELSB Certification.
• Child Abuse, Federal, and State Clearances.

Responsibilities

• Implement specialized therapy treatment per IEPs.
• Participate in IEP and MDT meetings to evaluate student needs and progress.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to plan classroom-based activities and instructional techniques.
• Provide consultative services to parents in the therapy program.
