Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work one-on-one with a student in the school setting in New Bern, NC. The position offers $37/hour with weekly paychecks and a full benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, and a 401(k).

You will provide nursing care for students with medical needs (Trach, vent, G-tube feeding, seizure monitoring, diabetic care) and may ride the bus with the patient.

Qualifications

• Current RN license for the state of practice.
• Current Health Certificate.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for student(s) with medical needs (Trach, vent, G-tube Feedings, seizure monitoring with rescue medications, personal care, Diabetic care, etc.).
• May ride the bus to and from school with patient.
