Maxim Healthcare is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one nursing care for a student in a school setting. The role involves managing medical needs such as trach/vent support, G-tube feeding, seizure monitoring, and diabetic care, with potential bus transportation responsibilities.

Applicants should hold an active RN license in the practicing state and a current BLS certificate. Health certificate, PPD/Chest X-ray clearance, and at least 1 year of RN experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current license for the practicing state.
• Current Health Certificate as per facility/state regulation.
• PPD or Chest X-Ray clearance.
• BLS certification is required.
• One year RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for student with medical needs (e.g., Trach, vent, G-tube feeding, seizure monitoring, personal care, diabetic care).
• May ride the bus with the student to and from school.
