Job summary

Soliant is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide one-on-one nursing support in a school setting for a wheelchair-bound student. The contract covers four hours per week onsite, with care focused on hygiene, seizure monitoring, and communication support.

You will ride the bus with the student as part of the schedule, ensuring safety during transit. Georgia license required; pediatric or school-based experience preferred. Position runs through 2026-12-16 with possible renewal.

Qualifications

• Current, active Georgia RN or LPN license required.
• Experience with school-based nursing or pediatric care strongly preferred.
• Skilled in seizure response, mobility assistance, and toileting support.
• Comfortable working with students who may have limited communication.
• Able to ride the bus with the student as part of the schedule.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, one-on-one care to a student with complex medical needs.
• Assist with daily hygiene and toileting routines.
• Monitor for seizures and respond according to care plan.
• Support communication and advocacy for student needs.
