Job summary

The Center for Youth Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time, 11-month program administrator to partner with local schools. You will coordinate services, supervise on-site activities, and ensure restorative practices are applied while supporting student success.

Responsibilities include data collection, reporting to the Director of School Based Programs, and coordinating Prevention Education outreach. Bachelor’s in a human services field and 1–3 years’ experience are required; Master’s degree

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Service or related field and 1–3 years' related experience, or equivalent combination; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers, coordinates and oversees program (on-site)
• Works with School Administrators to ensure services meet identified needs and regularly meets with administrators
• Attend School Support Service meetings
• Delivers a restorative-based system
• Creates and oversees data collection and program evaluation processes
• Provides monthly reports to Director of School Based Programs
• Coordinates requests for Prevention Education services
• Outreach and information dissemination
• Referral and referral readiness
• Immediate response and support
• Prevention education with fidelity including: asset-building groups, research-based curricula, planned-duplication booster sessions
• Asset development activities
• Alternatives to suspension services including pre/post assessment and transitional services
• Agency ambassador and liaison at meetings, open houses and health fairs
• Research and design of services including outcome and impact tracking
• Development and maintenance of resource files, lesson plans and training aids
