What You'll Do:

• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA therapy to students in a school-based setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
• Run skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs (e.g., ABLLS-R, AFLS, social/leisure skills)
• Support caregiver and teacher training, offering performance feedback as needed
• Collect, graph, and report on data to guide ongoing treatment
• Uphold BACB ethical standards and maintain RBT certification
