As an RBT, you’ll work directly with students in school settings, implementing individualized ABA interventions and helping students build meaningful skills in communication, independence, social interaction, behavior regulation, and academic engagement. You’ll work closely with BCBAs, educators, and school teams while receiving ongoing clinical supervision and support.
