Base pay range
$22.00/hr - $25.00/hr
We are looking to fill a, full-time, school aide positions in the San Ramon Valley area. Must have in-person availability from 8 am-3 pm Monday-Friday. There are evening sessions available too if more hours are wanted. Valid RBTs are highly preferred. Do you have a passion for working with children? We work with children who may be on the Autism spectrum, who may have behavioral difficulties or neurological differences, and we help them gain skills to be their most independent, fulfilled selves. This is done through providing 1:1 support, providing parent education, and being a safe support system for our clients. Job Summary: $22-$26 an hour
- Full-time positions available. Multiple start dates are available to begin your training when you are ready. Flexible schedules, morning, evening, and Weekend hours available. Paid drive time and mileage. Mileage Reimbursement: 65.5 cents/mile. We serve the greater San Francisco Bay Area by providing: In-Home ABA Services (ages 3-21). Early Intervention (ages 0-3). 1:1 School Aides (multiple ages). Experience: Required: No previous experience is required. Preferred: Experience working with children 0-16. Registered Behavior Technicians with school experience are highly preferred.
Education: Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Preferred: Bachelor or Master in a related field. Requirements: Reliable private transportation that is insured (car, motorcycle). Provide a doctor's release to work as well as proof of receiving the following vaccinations: COVID-19 (two-dose, with a booster when applicable), MMR, Hep. B, Varicella, and TDAP. Provide a negative TB test within the last 2 years. BCBH Team Member Perks: $22- $26 an hour (dependent on education and experience in the field or related industry). Up to $10 an hour more depending on location. Paid training to sit for your Registered Behavior Technician certification exam. Supervision by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). - 1st-year accrual is 1 hour for every 30 hours worked. Referral Program. Company Tablet. Behavior Interventionist Duties: Provide behavioral therapy to individuals in their homes, school, and/or community. Accurately record data for each program. Teach communication skills, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills through Applied Behavioral Analysis principles. Engage in and ensure client safety. Quickly and accurately communicate problems/concerns with appropriate staff. Report updates and progress to the supervisor on the case. - School based services including 1:1 RBTs, Functional Behavioral Assessments, and Behavioral Supports, Staff Trainings and In-Services
- Parent, Family, and Caregiver Training and Education.
- Classes and Training for individuals of all ages.
- Social Skills Groups for clients age 3 to 21 years.
