Job summary

Family of Kidz in Westchester County, NY seeks an experienced School-Based RBT Supervisor/BCBA to supervise RBTs, BTs, teachers and classroom staff in school settings.

The role requires BCBA, a master's degree, 3 years of pediatric school experience and 1 year of supervision; you will lead trainings, document outcomes and ensure BACB standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with children with special needs in a school setting.

• Ensure collaboration with school personnel to meet students' needs.
• Lead group trainings or professional development sessions as needed.
• Provide BCBA/LBA supervision and group supervision opportunities as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision to school-based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), Teacher Assistants, and classroom support staff in accordance with BACB supervision requirements.
• Support professional growth of employees in collaboration with Assistant Director (e.g., structed feedback, ongoing training, team building activities, PIP's, disciplinary action).
• Schedule and conduct in-person supervision visits across assigned school districts. Responsible for reliable transportation.
• Coach direct support staff through modeling, feedback, and competency-based training.
• Work collaboratively and professionally with school personnel to ensure that students' needs are met.
• Provide group training or professional developments as needed.
• Provide BCBA/ LBA Supervision and support group supervision opportunities as needed.
• Participate in weekly meetings with Assistant Director and fellow supervisors.
• Maintain accurate documentation and supervision records in accordance with BACB and company standards.
• Maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.
• Maintain the confidentiality of information regarding students and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations.

• BCBA required.
• Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind/
• Bilingual is a plus.
