Family of Kidz in Westchester County, NY seeks an experienced School-Based RBT Supervisor/BCBA to supervise RBTs, BTs, teachers and classroom staff in school settings.

The role requires BCBA, a master's degree, 3 years of pediatric school experience and 1 year of supervision; you will lead trainings, document outcomes and ensure BACB standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with children with special needs in a school setting.
• Minimum 1 year of supervision/feedback experience for clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision to school-based RBTs, BTs, teachers, and staff per BACB supervision requirements.
• Support professional growth through coaching, feedback, and training activities.
• Schedule and conduct in-person supervision visits across assigned districts.
• Coach staff through modeling, feedback, and competency-based training.
• Ensure collaboration with school personnel to meet students' needs.
• Lead group trainings or professional development sessions as needed.
• Provide BCBA/LBA supervision and group supervision opportunities as needed.
• Maintain accurate supervision records and documentation per BACB standards.
