Job summary

REACH Behavioral Health in Northeast Ohio is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA and work across school, home, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to patient care and behavioral therapy.
• Ability to create and implement effective care plans based on assessments.
• Strong medical documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Experience working with children in therapeutic or educational settings is preferred.
• Excellent communication with clients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress towards goals.
• Assist in the development of care plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide direct support to clients in school, home, and community environments.
• Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and techniques.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
