Supplemental Health Care is seeking a School Physical Therapist for a local contract in Stone Mountain, Georgia. The role entails developing and implementing school-based therapy programs, evaluating students, and working with the interdisciplinary team to support student goals.

Licensed in Georgia, PEDIATRIC or school-based experience preferred. Compensation includes a hourly pay rate of $40.15–$43.25, 40 hours per week, with potential travel between schools and an assignment bonus; 13 weeks

Qualifications

• Georgia Physical Therapist license required.
• Experience in pediatrics or school-based therapy preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results.
• Evaluates students to identify needs and determine eligibility for therapy services.
• Collect therapy data, maintain accurate student records, and monitor progress toward student goals.
• Work collaboratively and communicate with school interdisciplinary team and student guardians.
• May be asked to travel between school locations.
• May be asked to supervise assistants.
