Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time, school-based role in Honokaa, Hawaii, serving K-12 students and collaborating with teachers and families on IEP goals. Salary is $40-$50 per hour with relocation assistance and a $5,000 signing bonus.

You'll conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, provide direct and consultative PT services, and participate in IEP meetings while maintaining thorough documentation for an effective educational program.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Physical Therapist license.
• Ability to meet Hawaii DoE requirements for school-based work.
• Background clearance and TB clearance as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal and dynamic PT assessments for students.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide direct PT services aligned with IEP goals.
• Attend IEP meetings and annual/triennial reviews as appropriate.
• Document therapy notes and progress reports accurately.
